Welcome to 801 Gramman an intimate environment which promotes independence within a dignified lifestyle. Our social and recreational activities enhance relationships with friends, family, and community.

We are a small assisted living residence with with a maximum capacity of sixteen people.

801 Gramman is situated in Beeville on a large residential lot within a family-oriented  neighborhood, adjacent to area shopping, and church.

  • Personal assistance if needed with bathing, grooming, manicure and pedicure.
  • 24 hour staffing. Carefully selected and grained staff. Knowledgeable regarding issues that affect aging and health related complications.
  • Three meals prepared daily
  • Assistance with activities of daily living
  • Medication supervision, set up of mediplanners weekly, or as needed by a licensed nurse, Medication education and monitoring.
  • Exercise program weekly. Also tread mill and stationary bike in Exercise Room.
  • Weekly housekeeping and laundry
  • Transportation to scheduled appointments such as doctors visits, shopping and other appointments.
  • Games and activities. Bridge every Tuesday, dominoes almost nightly, movie night weekly.
 
  • Outings to area points of interest.
  • Musical entertainment scheduled frequently
  • Bible Study Weekly
  • Laundry and house keeping weekly and as needed.
  • Family Functions that include Birthday parties, Christmas parties and other social events.
  • Bible Study weekly.

  • Resident participation in meal planning
Each Resident personally furnishes their won four-hundred plus square foot area with microwave and refrigerator, as well as, a large private bathroom.

Private telephone and cable connection are available to the individual resident.
